Scope & Topics

Computer aided technologies (CAx) encompass the use of advanced computational methods and digital tools to support the design, analysis, simulation, and manufacturing of engineered products. The International Journal of Computer Aided Technologies (IJCAx) is an open access, peer reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high quality research that advances the state of the art in modern CAx methodologies, systems, and applications.

The journal welcomes contributions across the full spectrum of next generation CAx technologies, including AI driven design automation, advanced simulation, digital twins, additive manufacturing, robotics, geometry processing, XR based engineering, and intelligent manufacturing systems. IJCAx emphasizes both theoretical innovation and practical implementation, reflecting the rapidly evolving landscape of digital engineering and smart production.

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, case studies, survey papers, and industrial experience reports that demonstrate significant advances in computer aided design, engineering, manufacturing, and lifecycle technologies.
